Usi has over nine years of broad experience in operations, capital markets, financial advisory, corporate finance and investment banking across multiple sectors including Oil & Gas, FMCG, FinTech, Power and Real Estate in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has managed the execution of various oil & gas, energy and M&A transactions valued at over US$500 million, including the divestment of HTN Towers to IHS for over US$200 million. As a buy-side advisor, Usi also led the acquisition transaction of one of Nigeria’s renowned pharmaceutical brands from inception to transaction close.
