Independent Investment Committee

The core of our Investment Committee is comprised of senior executives from varied industries and the private capital market. These executives are selected based on their ability to provide the maximum support and access for our investing activities. They are chosen for their willingness to share their personal relationships and contacts, to enhance due diligence, and to increase the profitability of the portfolio companies. Most importantly they are chosen to provide an independent validation or rebuttal to our investment process to ensure we focus on the primary business of investing well for our partners. Our experience has shown us that senior industry executives who serve on our IC, bring the level of support and integrity to our investment process, as we expect from the companies we invest in.

In addition to their role in ensuring that our investment process in rigorous, to the extent required they will also work with our portfolio companies as Special Advisors who continue to engage with management to ensure we provide the highest level of service and excellence to our LPs.
